Fabio Sciedlarczyk and Nicolas De Aquino founded DAMN! after careers across feature animation, games and high-end CG. They shared a belief that the image gets stronger when visual development and production stay in the same conversation.
That idea still defines the studio: a compact creative core, senior artists selected around each brief and the people setting the visual standard staying close through final delivery.

Founder | Director
Fabio is a director and visual development artist with more than 22 years in animation and CG. Beginning in look development and lighting, he built a career around the final image: how design, mood and story survive the realities of production. At DAMN!, he sets the creative direction early and stays close through lighting and finish, most recently directing Ted Paul with artist Jesper Ejsing and Pixar's RenderMan team.
Nicolas
De Aquino
Founder | Director
Nicolas is a CG artist, supervisor and director who works where art direction meets technical execution. He moves from story and visual development through assets, lighting and final compositing, staying hands-on wherever the image needs a decision. At DAMN!, that range turns ambitious visual targets into clear production plans while protecting character, mood and visual clarity through the final frame.
Together, they bring more than 25 years of high-end CG experience to a studio built around continuity: one senior creative perspective from first visual target to final frame.
