TIME TO EVOLVE

DAMN! joined forces with Waste Creative in a landmark project for Supercell, focusing on the Clash Royale Card Evolution Launch Trailer. Our challenge was to elevate the artistic vision of this key feature. We conducted extensive mood and lighting tests, which allowed us to artistically reimagine the characters in their evolved states, introducing a fresh perspective to the beloved game. Our technical prowess was highlighted in the transformation scene, where we seamlessly integrated 2D FX with complex multi-pass lighting, crafting a visually arresting experience. This collaboration was instrumental in enhancing the creative process and ensuring the project’s timely release, adding a dynamic and vibrant layer to the evolving narrative of Clash Royale.
